Divingusto: the Puglia Food and Wine Festival returns to Ceglie Messapica in the province of Brindisi on Saturday 24th and Sundayth 25 July 2010. Puglia, the region covering the “heel” section of the Italian peninsula, is rightly proud of its gastronomic traditions, and Divingusto celebrates the region’s culinary artisans.

Gaucho will be offering Ceviche Masterclasses for their guests in the private dining rooms at their eleven restaurants during Seafood Fortnight, 5th to 21st September. Guests will be invited to make three ceviches themselves and to taste all six with specially selected wines, including Argentinian Torrontés, a highly aromatic grape variety.
